Jeanon Jawech, a Michigan native, holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in Arabic. Her dedication to spiritual studies led her to complete an associates degree at Miftaah Institute, where she continues her Islamic education. Passionate about service, Jeanon has spent almost a decade as a Youth Coordinator and core volunteer at Miftaah, emphasizing her commitment to youth development and Islamic programming. Her service extends to her previous role as a paralegal at a non-profit, driven by her advocacy for social justice. With aspirations for a career in law, Jeanon seeks to unite her passion for service with her pursuit of justice. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and quality time with loved ones.
