She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Public Health Policy and Science. After graduating, she worked as a Junior specialist in Neurocritical research at UCI where she found her career in Clinical Research – Regulatory Affairs. Aside from being in Clinical research, she is also passionate about being involved in community based organizations that help underrepresented populations. She is currently working as a Grant coordinator at Maristan for the Afghan Refugee School Impact (ARSI) Project. This project’s vision is to help support Afghan youth and families gaining essential skills to integrate successfully in schools and communities. She is a soccer enthusiast and has been playing for more than 18 years and coaching for two.
